Alfred Place

S1 Developments’ award winning Alfred Place project is an imaginative scheme with a mix of 10 five bedroom semi-detached homes and a further four terraced houses. All 14 homes reflect the architecture of the exclusive Blacket Conservation area with intricate stone work, large timber windows, slated roofs and rooms of traditional grand proportions.

All 14 homes were sold off plan prior to completion in 2010/2011.
