In 2017 S1 Shane and Dan Teague bought a shareholding of Teague Homes UK Limited. The company was rebranded as the Teague Group and S1 Developments were employed as Development managers. S1 set out redesigning the 16.5 acre site East of Salamander Place originally purchased in 2007. To unlock the potential of this complex Brown field site Teague Group resolved title burdens and satisfied historic planning conditions while developing a quality scheme of over 650+ homes. Following the successful planning application Teague Group successfully sold the North/West parcel of the site to Cruden Homes East to deliver over 200 units for mid-market rent.
In 2018 Teague Group successful marketed and sold phase 1 of The Ropeworks (82 units plus 3 commercial units) off plan to private buyers due to complete Spring 2019. Following the success of phase one Teague Group are continuing with the second phase (81 units) with an expected completion date of early 2020.
