S1 West Ltd (a joint venture between S1 Developments Ltd and West Ranga Ltd) have submitted proposals to re-develop the former BMI Fernbrae Hospital and its grounds to create a new high-quality residential development in the West End of Dundee City.

The original Category C listed Georgian Villa known as ‘Fernbrae House’ will be retained, restored and sympathetically converted back to residential use to create 4no. generous flats.
