Pentland House

In November 2018 Lincam Pentland Limited, a subsidiary of S1 Developments Limited, completed the sale of a new 359 bed student residence on a forward funding basis. The sale of Pentland House to LGIM Real Assets on behalf of its Income Property Fund completed a complex 2 year planning, design and funding process to unlock the capital value.

Following completion of the development the property will be leased to a top Scottish University on a new 20 year full repairing and insuring lease.

S1 Developments Limited have been retained as main contractor ensuring the asset is meticulously delivered on schedule for September 2020.
