Gilmore Place

Gilmore Teague Ltd, a subsidiary of S1 Developments Limited successfully obtained planning permission in this prime location for 230 student beds in August 2020. Post planning consent, Gilmore Teague Ltd agreed terms with Aberdeen Standard via a forward funded turn key deal to deliver the asset by September 2022 ready for the start of the academic calendar.

S1 Developments delivered the project on budget and on programme in September 2022. The development is now leased to Edinburgh University.
