Horne Terrace

S1 Developments purchased the old coachworks site in February 2015 and committed to a brave design by CDA architects of four townhouses and fourteen waterside apartments including studios, one bedroom and two bedroom properties including one penthouse. This sharp looking building was designed to provide quality modern architecture and set a new high standard within an exciting area of regeneration in the city.

The luxury apartments are wrapped in Stanton Moor natural sandstone while the townhouses feature a textured Mystique brick to complement the stone. Both apartments and townhouses feature aluminium fabricated balcony screens to acknowledge the old coachworks saluting the industrial history of the site.

Horne Terrace won Apartment Development of the year & Small Housing Development of the year at the 2017 Scottish Home awards.
