Pentland House

In November 2018 Lincam Pentland Limited, a subsidiary of S1 Developments Limited, completed the sale of a new 359 bed student residence on a forward funding basis. The sale of Pentland House to LGIM Real Assets on behalf of its Income Property Fund completed a complex 2 year planning, design and funding process to unlock the capital value.

Following completion of the development in September 2020 the property has now been leased to Edinburgh University on a new 20 year full repairing and insuring basis. S1 Developments Limited were retained as main contractor ensuring the asset was meticulously delivered on time and on budget.
